Subway

Poor customer service. Crazy employee. Don't ever go. Unless if you like to yelled and kicked out of the store. I asked her to spread the chicken evenly, she said I did, i said no you did not, I like you to spread so I can get a bite of a chicken instead of bread... she throw a tantrum.. she claim that this is how the sandwich suppostly be and advise me to go to an other subway cause she is pregnant, and she not suppostly be working.. she want to go home... she needs a moment.... we are closed... get out or I'll call the police!!!!! And more. I'll post the video cause I was shocked wanted to have some kind of evidence.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. I've never given a 1 star review before, but after my experience with the manager and her inability to provide proper customer service, I felt like it was a responsibility to share the details. I used the website to order a footlong meal and placed the order for 8pm pickup. Once I arrived to pick up my food, I noticed the lights were off and there was a sign on the door saying there were covid hours and the store actually closed at 7. My order went through online with no problem so I was a bit puzzled. We're in a pandemic so this wasn't an issue to me, I don't expect every company to perfectly execute the sudden hour changes. What was an issue, was the manager's response and attitude when I called the next morning to get my order fulfilled at a time that they were open. She told me that she "couldn't do anything about it" even though I had the order receipt and proof of purchase. I followed her response by asking if I could at least be refunded for the order I paid for but didn't receive, and she screamed "NO AND DO NOT CALL THIS STORE AGAIN FOR THIS REASON" and proceeded to hang up on me. Won't be giving my money to subway again and will be leaving a report with the BBB. It's not about the money, it's about her audacity to scream at a customer for no reason.

First time and last time poor service. I was excited for gettin coupons in the mail. only for the lady who says she’s the manager to shut me down and embarrass me on the line and say they don’t take paper coupons.. only digital on cell phones and meatball sub was made with no effort.. not everyone has cell phones who does that atleast honor it one time so I know for next time poor customer service and worker clearly doesn’t like her job
