Taco Bell

Waited over 20 mins for food. Arrived zero cars on driveup line, but 4 driveup orders served before us. Finally get food after numerous complaints then they have the nerve a few min later to tell us to leave bc they want to lock the lobby??? They have a timer for driveup line… so thats what gets served first. Go to driveup if you have to eat at this location!

This is the worst TacoBell I have ever been too. First, we tried to go through the drive through and sat there waiting but noone answered so then my husband went inside. HE ordered a breakfast crunchwrap and they gave him a regular one so he asked why and they said its because they don't make breakfast ones even though it was clearly on the menu. Also, why didn't they tell him when he ordered? You can't just substitute someone's food without telling them. He shouldn't have had to pay for something he didn't order. They also messed up his taco order. Then they forgot the cinnabons. The workers there gave my husband attitude the entire time as well even though this was their mistakes. Very poorly managed.

This taco bell use to be one of the cleanest, the food was always nice and hot and fresh. Well they have fallen off. Their service is about any where from a half hour long to close to 45 minutes. It's ridiculous how they're short staffed, and it shows. We Use to like this place, don't think I'll be going back, unless they go back to being an A in customer service, food handling and serving.
