Had a great evening, food was fantastic and very hot when served. Server was lovely as were the owners (and cooper the dog was so sweet!)
Between us we had 3 of the burgers, hotshot parm, tipsy chicken and gammon. All were fantastic. Chicken with JD sauce and Brie starters were also great. Bit disappointed with the deep fried pickles as a too much batter for me but overall everything was great including the Battenberg cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding
Quiz was also great fun, just a shame there was not many people in, but overall a really good night. Would definitely return!

Granddaughters birthday meal with family. Such a great choice and everyone agreed the food was delicious. Waitress was very good meals all came to table piping hot and we all served together. Will definitely be calling in again.

We was passing this place and decided to call in for some food and it didn’t disappoint whatsoever. The food was absolutely amazing I would highly recommend it seriously . The staff were really nice the place got very busy quickly we was the first ones in . But been busy is a good sign . We will definitely be back again it’s a very nice place .

First time here for Sunday lunch and it was very nice,had the trio which consisted of beef brisket, pork and chicken with sausage in blankets,Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings,would definitely visit again if in the surrounding area.all round it was a very enjoyable visit.

Went for a Father’s Day meal, all the food is all freshly cooked, and everybody’s food was well presented. The pub has changed hands lots of times recently but hasn’t lost any of the quality. Is very nice and clean, the only issue we had is that the children’s meals were served on extremal hot plates.

Arrived with no booking, my first ever visit ,greeted with big smiles from all the staff and seated straightaway, menu very good,starters could have slightly more options bit main courses were excellent lamb kofta was fantastic and my steak and ale pie was delicious ,too full for pudding..apologies for breaking one of your gin glasses ,lovely place ..well worth further visits in the future !!

First ever visit for my brother's birthday, the girl serving us was nice very pleasant, a happy young girl served with a smile, the owner or manager made sure we was ok and the food was tremendous with big portions and good value surprised it wasnt busier after what we've just had but saying that it was a Wednesday night. Definitely will go again now we know about it, highly recommend
