Came here for the very first time and ordered a “very berry” smoothie. I was excited to try it but it ended up being bland. All I could taste was the almond milk and I couldn’t taste the berries that were supposed to be in the smoothie. The smoothie was tasteless and my throat started getting really really itchy. Other than that, the service was good.

Delicious! Had the beirut fattoush rice bowl. Veggies were fresh and lemon zatar salad dressing was really good! Staff were welcoming and polite. (Halifax Shopping Center food court) Will def go again. :)

Only place I go after my daily workouts. The salads and sandwiches are super delicious, but surprisingly low in calories. I would say best healthy food restaurant in Halifax, with value for every penny spent.🥗🥗♥️

Excellent experience! The team and the staff are so friendly and helpful! They just keep smiling and being Kind! Absolutely loved it!
The food is always fresh and healthy as you like to try the rest of the menu asap!
I would recommend their California bowl and also their Mango Tango smoothie, just supreme 🤭😋

Working in the mall is dangerous with cultures there. The food is really good, love getting a sandwich, water and two side salads to make a combo. The quinoa bowls are delicious, food is always made fast and efficient.

Whenever I'm in the city and need a healthy option in a hurry I head to Cultures in the food court. I've been loving the new Mexicali Bowl!! So yummy.
The service is also very friendly.
