La Piazza

I’m compelled to award a 5-star rating due to the exceptional service, delectable cuisine, and primarily, the unparalleled ambiance. Our server, Gabby, exuded politeness and friendliness that added to our delightful experience! This establishment stands as one of the finest and most reasonably priced restaurants in Halifax. A true gem in the culinary scene!

We have had 2 fabulous meals here visiting from Victoria BC. Diala our server is warm and engaging and has a beautiful smile. The lobster ravioli was sublime just the right amount of creamy rose sauce. The pizzas were the best we ever had and we love wood fire pizzas. Our only issue is this is a bit far to be our favorite neighborhood haunt. Thank you for the delicious lemon cake-subprimo!

My adult children, hubby and myself had an opportunity to visit La Piazza Resto last evening. What an awesome experience. Our server Karine was so amazing, ( we wanted to take her home with us!) and she deserves top marks! Each and every dish, from our appetizers, to our entrees, to our desserts were simply perfect. Served hot, fresh and beyond delicious. Hats off to the La Piazza team. We can't wait to return!

Came for a Saturday Night supper with a friend. We didn’t have a reservation but didn’t take long for us to find a table. They do have a beautiful patio too but we were seated indoors given the mild rain. I tried one of their wood stove oven pizzas and it was brilliant. The crust was exquisite in taste and thin too. My friend had a vegan/vegetarian pasta with a custom choice of sauce. She absolutely loved it too. The ambience, decor and the service as plenty good too. Can recommend if you’re looking for a nice dining experience in Halifax with quality Italian food.
