We visited the Piece Hall recently to see what it’s all about; upon arrival, we wanted some food and a coffee and were directed to this little shop by an employee. It might be a small shop with no more than a handful of tables, but the food and drink were excellent. The three of us had paninis, cake and coffee; we weren’t disappointed with the taste and quality, the cakes were especially great! The cakes are freshly made, and it shows; we were so impressed that we hope to order a whole cake from them in the future. If you’re visiting the Piece Hall, drop in and sample for yourself!

Lovely sandwiches and toasties, great coffee and magnificent cakes. Super friendly hand helpful staff and great view and atmosphere in the Piece Hall.

Really enjoyed our coffee and cake. Cakes where lovely and big portions. Staff where really friendly and kind to my young son which was really nice.
