I placed an order 2 days before the pick up date for one of the fathers day ice cream cakes and when I arrived at the store there was no cake … the manager said That I have to order 4 to 5 days in advance….. the website tells u nothing like that! It simply asks for the time and date of pick up! I will never order from them again!

Been to this shop a number of times and had no problems at all. But had the worst experience yesterday. Got 2 sundaes and went to the billing and showed the coupon from the app - buy one sundae get one for 99c, but the waiter wasn’t able to apply it and called the manager for help. Never seen such an arrogant manager - she never even looked at the coupon but just said that kind of offer never exists. When I insisted that I received one, she just snatched the ice creams and poured it into the ice cream bins and started scooping out kids scoops and gave it back to us and said this is valid only for kids scoops. What an attitude! She wasn’t even ready to listen to what I was trying to say. I was so frustrated, just paid and walked out. Realized she just gave some random flavor and not even the one that we asked for. Will never go back again.

The store was dirty, sitting area crawling with bugs. At 8pm on a weekday night, they only had six flavors and no variety for anyone dairy restricted. I got attitude just for asking, so I turned to the Dunkin Donuts section for an alternative, but the shelves were almost bare. Ok, it was the end of the day. No cold brew coffee either, which was really the only thing I was counting on. Ended up having a couple salty fried onion bites. Again, it was the end of the night, but there should never be critters in a dining area.
