I really had one of the best customer services experiences ever!!!! I had to make a last minute dash from JC to Hackensack for some cupcakes and the employee James helped me every step of the way! He was informative, polite and super courteous. He even prepackaged a variety box of there great selection, so my in and out time was less than a minute. James was hands down the absolute best!

These cupcakes used to be good. But not anymore. Their opening more and more locations that are storefronts and they are not being made fresh. You can tell they are sitting. Came across the owner who was rude and arrogant. I will not be patronizing this establishment or any of their locations. I just don't like rude people and I'm not going to pay $4 for a stale cupcake.

The frosting was pasty and ice cold as if it had been refrigerated for several days. It was like bitting into clay. The cake portion of the cupcakes was very dry and cold as well. Definitely not worth the money. I could have gotten better cupcakes at my local supermarket. I definitely feel cheated out of my money and cupcakes. I had to throw the cupcakes out because it was so inedible.

The latest trend for the past 5 years keeps ROCKIN! Johnny C and his Band keeps setting the stage for all others to keep up! Unfortunately they can’t! This is a special place with the best staff, Service and Cupcakes’s to be found Nationwide!

Monday, July 17 2:45pm. The nice guy who worked there for long time is working at the cafe next door. A new red hair lady took my order, worst customer service ever. She was rushing me and was very unprofessional, very rude!!! Please save yourselve a headache and don't go to the Shops at Riverside location 👎👎👎

I am not a cupcake fan - but when I pass by Mr. Cupcakes I HAVE to get one. From their marble cupcake... to their cannoli and french toast cupcake... I mean, they're all moist, fresh, unique and incredibly delicious.

Absolutely amazing customer service from James. He helped me narrow down my selections for a big order I am considering placing and even offered samples. Even if this place does not work out for what I need this time, I am sure to return because of James. Thank you for alllllll your help.
