Subway

I love this place. I am weary and going to public restaurants because of my children being out of hand at times, (can't even shop in a store for 10 minutes without them acting up) at subway everytime I came I was lucky to have this specific worker that would "help out" he must see how exhausted I am. I go in the evening time. The environment is great, no one complains, at least to my face or out loud anyways. If someone did complain I have no knowledge of it. See, that's the thing though, most places I can tell, when we show up, their faces are like, oh this family again. :( This place, is more like ,oh HEY, this family again :) Also I heard they stay open to 10 now, (drive thru only)

They do not honor a coupon from subways website or in the mail…and I ask them about it and it has to have a code to scan even though the coupon states show them no code required. I have used the online coupon at other subways (4 in the last week) and they all honored it. also ordered cookies and some of them they dropped on the counter that was dirty and had crumbs on it and put it back in the bag like nothing happened… this subway I decided to try again but needless to say this small town pathetic subway will let you down time and time again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! wait 45 mins in drive thru for my order just for them to forget my sons drink, applesause, my chips, and my boyfriends cookies. Just to come home to realize that my bacon in my salad was not cooked, my salad was very watery at the bottom not happy with my experience. this wasnt the first time they have given me uncooked bacon or forgotten many items off my order 😒

I want everyone to know that there are VERY honest employees and a wonderful manager. I left my wallet in the bathroom as I was traveling through, and those kind at mplouees took my wallet to the police department who agreed to UPS my wallet back to me. I appreciate these employees and police department so much for going the extra mile.

One particular employee is very slow and also extremely rude. We go through the drive thru and every time he is working we are told we are wrong about the menu and that we don’t know what we are talking about. We will not be back when he is working For anybody’s information if there is a bike parked in the back he is working. Asked for a refund on our sandwiches and he told us that only the CEO has the ability to give a refund. Will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow to file a complaint.
