Dunkin'

The staff is so-so. They hace definitely gotten my order wrong numerous times. I have a good bit of money on my app which is why I keep going back. They definitely need better staff who care about not only customer service but also making great drinks for paying customers! The owner however is VERY kind! He just needs MUCH better workers!

OUR FOOD TASTED LIKE SOAP! Writing this after throwing my food in the trash. I ordered hash browns and two sandwiches that all tasted like there was cleaner left on the grill that they used to cook the food. Absolutely disgusting and dangerous. I tried calling the location just to let them know so they could maybe reclean the grill, but no answer and now the number isn't even working. Also, one of the drinks I ordered was gritty and bland.

I walked into the restaurant and immediately thought “this is the most people I’ve seen working in any establishment in a while”. There were over 6 workers immediately behind the front counter and when as I stood there not a single soul greeted me or asked to take my order. Two people looked at me and looked away (the furthest person from me was no more than 4 feet). Before just walking out I asked the group “Are you all open right now?” To which one only one person responded. Then and only then did someone ask me for my order. Workers are standing behind the counter eating donuts and talking about life (which isn’t a problem to me if you don’t have guests) while disregarding paying customers.

Scoring is on the Dunkin' scale because for some reason, with an app pre-order (not making this up) on a 2vitem order, >90% of the time the order is wrong in some way. This one 99% of the time is right and ready and waiting. Plus, ordering a ageless when driving, I really can't spread the schemer, a new Dunkin' twist. This one does it for you. Only problem? Butter on the English muffins. Come on people, I'm driving - I can't do it myself. Why the change to self service in such an obvious I can't do it situation?
