Ricks Snack Bar

Rick's snack bar is a small cafe and takeaway situated on Grimsby top town market. It has expanded onto adjacent market stalls that have become vacant which now offers more table space and table service. It has a reasonable sized menu offering the usual cafe fare including breakfast items buns, a selection of main meals, salads, desserts and snacks, hot and cold beverages. It's a nice clean and well lit place with good wheelchair access and friendly staff. The layout is of basic table and chairs. I believe that it's cash only here and they have a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 food hygiene rating. Food review May 2022. I opted for gammon, chips ,egg and garden peas with a mug of tea on this my first dine in visit to Rick's. The service was very prompt and polite with my tea arriving after a few minutes and my meal a few minutes later. A good sized plate of food arrived, the gammon steak was large and perfectly cooked, very little fat, very juicy and tasty.👌 A good meal for the price in my opinion. 👍 I paid £6.95 for my meal and tea. Update November 2022. Popped in for lunch here today, and opted for roasted belly pork and a mug of tea, a very good meal arrived after a short wait, a nicely roasted piece of slow roasted bell pork with crispy crackling👌, this was accompanied by a nice selection of fresh vegetables, carrots, cabbage,cauliflower, broccoli, roasted and new potatoes and a stuffing ball, a nicely cooked and tasty meal in all with nice prompt service and a very reasonable price.👍. I paid £6.95 for my meal and tea.
