Domino's Pizza

We decided to order pizza tonight. We very much regret ordering from Domino's and choosing this location. Apparently "Charles" began preparing our order at 10:40pm and has been preparing it for an hour and a half. We tried to call the store to make sure the order was received, but no one has answered and the store is technically closed now. Of course, the sale is already pending in our bank account, and I'm sure they'll try to take the money regardless of if it actually gets delivered or not. If you're looking for pizza, try a different location or a different company altogether. Update: After over 100 minutes of waiting we finally got notified on the tracker that the pizza was in the oven. Shortly after it went into "quality check" and has been in that for 20 minutes. I fully expect a cold pizza. Going to attempt to make an official complaint with Customer Service if that is the case. Update 2: After almost 3 hours, our pizza is finally on its way from the store that is less than a mile away.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT 2+ HOURS FOR COLD PIZZA. We eat at this location a lot, and the pizza is usually ok, but delivery takes at least 2 hours which is ridiculous. Even when it’s not busy. It’s like they purposely take their time with delivery, this last time my pizza was cold also i ordered a pasta bowl and it barely had any pasta in it. Took exactly 5 bites to finish, when it’s usually more. I called the store to see if they forgot our delivery since it was taking so long and the girl on the phone (around 11pm Friday) was rude and dismissive. Then when we tried to call back they wouldn’t answer. It wasn’t like this a few months ago, that’s the only reason I’m doing 2 stars instead of one. It used to be fast delivery (especially for someone who only lives 5 minutes away) and the pizza was way better put together. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

I ordered a pizza and stuff for my daughter a couple weeks ago and had it delivered to the house while I wasn't there. The pizza didn't come for an 1 and a half hours and my daughter said it was kind of cold. Meant to write the review earlier but forgot until my daughter asked if we could get pizza today.

I ordered on a Sat evening delivery said 21 to 25 min for it to be at my door and I decided I would just go get seems it was close and I was really hungry I get there and the delivery guy was about to leave with my order and the guy that greated me took off his Apron real fast and ran out to catch the driver for me and he did and the delivery guy was very likable and was super cool same with the guy that greeted me and I liked how it was being ran also was clean organized stocked and the 3 or 4 other workers were all steadly working on a screen full of orders and all was going real smooth for a Saturday night. Just need to get the dominoes signature sign at the street to see well I went past a couple times. But also when the delivery guy was about to leave with my order it was 15 min at most when he was bout to leave so he would had been to my place in 21 min for sure!
