Kfc

The drive through speaker is quite and they can’t sell individual pieces. If you want 4 chicken tenders they charge you for a whole meal because they only sell individuals in 3,6, or 9. Also when I tried to understand what I was getting and what I was paying for she told me she already explained over the speaker and that she only had 1min per car and that was the price, that she was making an exception for me and was just super putout because I just wanted to understand why I was paying for item I wasn’t getting. Super frustrating. This is the second time this has happened.

I bought a meal that cost 43 dollars..but because I loved the food, I was willing to splurge. However when I opened it up at home..there were no napkins..no butter and honey..the biscuits were obviously old. They were hard and dry...I think kfc has changed the potatoes and gravy recipe also. They were both flavorless and disappointing. The kids that served me were nice enougj...but food was lackluster at best.

Asked for 2 large Mac and cheeses with my combos and they where getting the order wrong so I had to repeat the order about 5 times until they correctly got 2 large Mac and cheeses. Got me order and there was no Mac and cheese. This gets me very irratated that I had to repeat my order 5 times but they still got it wrong. 4/29/2022 @ 3:30pm

I placed the order thru their app at 10:53 arrived at restaurant at 10:57 waited next to empty window for 5 minutes until finally a person opened and asked "what do you want?" And then they refused to make my food because they are open until 11 ( actually 12) and it's to late now to make the food that was already payed for thru the app told me to call kfc for money return then shut the window in front of me! What customer service is this??? Take money for order and then refuse to make it! Best part is you can't call them no one answers hotline!!! This pure robbery can't get my money can't get my food!! never go to this restaurant they will robe you!!!
