Saddest looking stuffed pizza I've ever seen. The kids working here look stressed always. I'm hoping it taste better then it looks. Also wondering why when I used a 25% coupon off $20, my total was 21.99 and it only takes off 1.50? We got a stuffed and a salad. It excluded NYC, specials and Tuesday deals. So I don't know why it doesn't work. Yeah it's $4 extra dollars I'm not saving but it doesn't make any sense. Why give out the coupons. Wish the crew had more support/quality checks. Hope this location doesn't go further down hill.

My order has been wrong the last two times I visited this store. I went back the last time to get the correct order as the pizza was the wrong sauce and toppings. They had to remake the pizza 3 times cause they repeatedly put the wrong sauce and toppings again. They apologized and giggled but did not offer discount of any kind. The overall food was good but I'll try a different location next time.

This papa Murphy’s location always has good customer service and is consistent with toppings. My only complaint is periodically they quote a time when ordering online and I still end up waiting for 15-20 minutes beyond that time. It can be busy, be warned, but the pizza is always good. Pre-order online and use a coupon. EDITED: Removed another star for the delay 2 more times since. Seems to be a compulsive staffing/lack of ability to meet needs problem.
