Panda Express

First time at this location as I normally go to the one in happy valley, today I just happened to be near here so I decided to give it a try. As I walked through the door I was greeted and there was only one girl taking orders so the line was a tad bit long. There was an old lady ordering food and for some reason she got upset and called for a manager to come and make her order. Which held up the line a bit more because she only wanted fresh food. When it was my turn to order a majority of the foods were gone not to mention it was sitting under no light and heat meaning half the food was stone cold. The worker was nice about it and said that hot and fresh food would be out in a few minutes. Wait wasn’t the problem for me. The girl took my order and as new food came out she gave me good portion sizes. When I received my plate the only thing that was cold was the orange chicken. Other than that everything else was fine and thank you to the nice worker for being patient with everyone.

I generally love Panda. But this location sucks - not the location overall but the people that work here. The people behind me forgot their masks, the lady yelled at them like they were dirt for not wearing one. Like seriously you could have been more polite. If I wasn't hungry I would have left - even though it was not directed at me.

Panda has great "lazy night takeout", but this is honestly one of the worst locations. They don't listen or communicate well, the new staff is ALWAYS poorly trained, and they are rude more often than not(both to customers and each other in front of customers). I've also had to call many times because the food is crusty and tastes like it has been sitting for a while. Since moving close to this location and away from a more welcoming location, I have probably gone 80% less because of this.
