The Bacon Whopper Melt was delicious. Both hubby and I had one, and enjoyed giving these another shot. Last ones were just cold, definitely redeemed themselves. The fries however, could use some heat. The service was friendly and not rushy. There was no wait in the drive thru around 1130am. The parking lot was pretty empty if you need a place to sit and enjoy your BK. Overall good for a quick bite.

I cannot believe how much the sizes of our food has changed. The hamburger I was eating was considered a Whopper Jr. Far from it. And the french fries weren't even filled up all the way. Wonderful customer service , however, I believe everyone could agree on this, what is happening to the size of our food??
Like my husband said, Carl's Jr is the way to go. And our opinion, it seems like a famous start is still the size of a famous ⭐

The place was completely empty and they still effed up my plain classic chicken sandwich by smothering it in ketchup and it was barely warm. So eat was the replacement sandwich, actually it was colder than the first one...
Employees were very short too.

Went in for a burger, this guy Eric messed up my order. I went back in just trying to correct it when he said I was the one at fault and I'm the one who didn't specify when I was super clear. Guy argued with me like he gets charged for every burger he messes up on. He could have easily given me the correct order, even offered to pay and all would have been done but instead decided to argue with me for 5 mins straight.

The lady taking my order was extremely rude. She was charging me for meals I didn't even order. Then I told her it was wrong and she yelled the order back to me. I proceeded to tell her it was wrong. After correcting my order she asked how many drinks I wanted. I had already given her my drink order. We got that situated. When I pulled up I didn't get a hello, an amount, a smile, nothing. She grabbed my card, handed me my food, and never looked at me. Probably to rudest experience I've had at a fast food place. Very disappointing!

Employees were rude, argued as to why I was back for replacements. Loud and obnoxious. Burgers were cold and the onion rings were soft and chewy. The employee straight up and told me that I was wrong but he would get me replacements. Replacements were just the same. Never going back there again

Everytime I go through in a pinch to grab food for the kids they always mess up my order. Employees are often rude. Low quality and consistency.
