This was my first time tryin a Joy Teriyaki and got a teriyaki pork bowl it was $9.50. Having been to Japan several times it tasted the closest to the teriyaki I had there. Definitely worth every penny of that, lots of meat and a fair amount of rice too.

Horrible customer service. I was a frequent customer until today when I went and had bad service. I ordered two meals but was only given one sauce and when I asked for another sauce for the other meal, I was treated bad. The guy rudely told me that it would be extra money for another sauce. The way he said it was in a very rude and harsh way that was completely unnecessary. I understand that places charge for extra sauces and I wouldn't have minded paying but he did not need to treat me in such a way.

I ordered the lunch chicken teriyaki and rice bowl with a side of stirfried vegetables. The chicken tasted like it was leftovers from a few days ago. The rice was almost stale. And the Stirfry vegetable was definitely not fresh. Usually I have a very good experience with all the different joy teriyaki, but apparently not this time.

Had horrible experience. Ordered chicken yakisoba. Chicken looked old,rice way over cooked,vegetables definitely not fresh.
Also kung pao chicken tasteless. . Asked for extra sauce, guy was very rude. Called took food back, he was angry, did refund money. BE WARE Have ate there before and it was good.NEVER AGAIN

Very good Chicken bowl. I ordered mine with no sauce 1/2 brown rice 1/2 steamed veggies.
The veggies are good nice and fresh. Rice perfect.
The miso soup a bit too salty. They also use styrofoam, otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars. The place is clean with a modern look. The price is right! Fast friendly service. I’ll be coming back.

ordered curry chicken katsu with eggrolls. the chicken lacked seasoning but was still crispy. curry was alright, but again, the chicken wasn’t too special just kinda there. eggrolls were the best part sadly :/

Service was good. Some food was great some was less then ok. Gyoza is a must try and the chicken was well prepared and tasted wonderful.
Bad points. Rice was over cooked, salad dressing was just weird and the miso soup was watery and kinda dull.
Would I eat hear again? Yes

This was trash. I got chicken yakisoba which was like 5 day old chicken. And then a short rib plate. Totally shorted on short ribs. $19 for 6 tiny little short ribs that were probably cooked days ago. I couldn’t even make myself finish eating it cause I just wanted the taste out of my mouth. The fried rice was disgusting and seemed aged as well. I got all this around 4:45 pm. It wasn’t late and there is no reason that the food couldn’t have been freshly prepared.
