My family ordered 2 of the same pizzas. One gluten free, for myself and a stuffed crust for everyone else. The gluten free looks relatively sad, very thin and almost burnt, but not. Basically looks like they just don't care. Taste wise, I've had worse. It's thin and crispy, not bad, but not good either. Gluten free pictured on the left, regular stuffed crust on the right. Over priced for both size and taste.

Second time in last 3 orders they have totally messed up the pizza. This time, they left ALL the meat off. I chose 3 meats. I paid for 3 meats. I got... no meats. Also, they need to train their drivers what the no contact delivery is. We requested that, but she rang the doorbell and just stood outside until we opened up. I even told her through the doorbell audio to leave it... but... sigh.

Haven't been to Papa Johns in awhile. I've been disappointed with many other pizza chains in their quality, and lack of effort. It sucks to see papa John's is following the trend. I went with a simple pepperoni that was placed online and it took over 38 minutes with no one in the store and plenty of employees to cook that pizza and get a 2 liter soda. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait so I went to the liquor store around the corner, bought myself a drink, a cigarette and still they didn't have my order done. Turns out tripple checking for my order didn't do him any good. His coworker had to hear the name and she found the order which had already been sitting around. Maybe knowing how to read should be a requirement when applying to work here.

I heard this place went to HELL after that guy John sold it. I didn't NEVER order from them in the first place pizzas look skimpy on toppings & the fact they were big on sports & I can't stand sports.

I got a pizza with olives on it and this is just sad. I count 23 pieces on the whole pizza including the slice that's missing. One piece had none. It was also supposed to have bacon on it and that's not on here. Very disappointed. The cashier was very rude to my brother as well.

Brennen at the Gresham, Oregon location was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The store was super-crazy busy, but Brennen and his teammates all worked together to make sure we were all happy and well-taken care of. Thank you all for being patient and accommodating with all of us hungry and demanding customers.

Where do I start?
Not only was I unable to order through the app/website and forced to resort to Grubhub to delivery your own pizza, but I watched the GPS as our GH driver sat at your location for over 30 minutes, not even leaving your store until the order was already overdue. Super awesome.
We had ordered the new stuffed crust pizza, and bacon-covered cheesesticks. I live no more than 3.5 miles from the PJ store, but apparently even in the 80°+ weather, that was enough for our food to arrive COLD and RUBBERY. You couldn't even tell we requested our pizza to be "well-done;" what a joke. Was it ever even placed under a heat lamp while it waited? Because that would have been nice, at least. It was literally the worst pizza I've ever had delivered.
In addition, especially with COVID cases on the rise again, there was absolutely no form of seal or protection for the food other than the box... no sticker, label, tape, or otherwise to ensure us our food was not tapered with. WTH are you even doing?
To top it off, our highly intelligent GH driver, "Jada," thought that putting the food directly in front of the door so I literally had to use the door to shove the order out of the way to gain access to our porch was a sound idea. Rude, and just plain stupid.
This isn't our first bad experience, either. Our very last order was SO LATE that our PJ driver apologized and left a coupon for 50% off our next order. At least the pizza was HOT! Unfortunately (even after forgetting to use the coupon last night), I won't be able to redeem the coupon as I will never order from PJ again!
Your poor business management, awful service, and nasty food seems as though a change in operational staff is required.
Dissapointing at the very least, especially for your outrageous prices.
Lost another customer who will no doubt plaster this review EVERYWHERE.
Nasty food. Poor Service. Papa John's.
