Starbucks

The drink I got was not worth $5+ dollar's. And the employees didn't wear gloves and the guy who works there kept touching his face and rubbing his nose. I was praying to God that he didn't touch my cup or I was gonna ask for my money back. But seeing that none of them are wearing gloves I won't be returning. Until they get more sanitary.

Decided to mobile order on the app and pick up inside so I could get my drink quickly and the store had closed the lobby for a store meeting and still allowed people to mobile order and pay for a drink but not be able to come inside and get it. A manager opened the door and yelled at me to get in the drive thru line because I have was standing outside calling and I could see my order on the counter but I had to wait in line for 30+ mins and I was late to my own work meeting. Super inconsiderate and my drink was watered down by the time I got it because of the wait. I’m so disappointed.

Disappointed, instead of strawberry cream frappucino, I got watery cold milk! I say this bc I couldnt taste the strawberry and seemed like the ice had melted in my frappucino,tasting more like milk with water, didnt wanted to mess up the moment with my mom so I didnt say anything, but this was very disappointing. 😏

I was given a different drink from the one I wanted, and the guy at the register tried to charge me for a remake... now I’ve spent $6.58 and still don’t have my drink. All I wanted was my coffee to make me feel better and now I’m in Starbucks having a breakdown... I’ll Won’t be back I don’t care if I have to make my coffee at home!
