Subway

The service was very poor. The sub was toasted so much my bread was hard as a brick to where I could not take a bite out of it without hurting my mouth... wasn't impressed at all... especially by the young lady there... the Dr pepper soda machine was messed up and would spuirt soda down your arm as you tried to get some... all in all not a good experience, we love SubWay, just not this one, we want be back... May you have a better experience than we did... The SmithClan

Like many others, had an absolutely awful experience. Hands down the worst Subway I've ever been too. The lady working had to have been new, at least I hope she was. Instead of asking what I wanted and what my boyfriend wanted seperately, she made us tell her our order on pieces, first meat, than size, bread, etc .. it was awkward. When she was making my CHICKEN sub a piece of chicken fell into the steak, and she picked it up and put it back onto my sandwich... now with steak. Fun fact, I dont eat steak. My boyfriend got a dirty look when he asked for his sandwich to be heated instead of toasted. She then dumped his meat off of his sandwich and toasted just the meat... not at all what he requested. Just... awful... please do yourself a favor and go to any other Subway.

Ordered 3 footlong subs. Got home only to discover that the bread was old and the ingredients tasted like they were in the cooler for a long time. It was the worst tasting sandwich I have ever had. I called and spoke to the owner only to get an attitude. It you people are smart you'll stay clear of this place.

I usually enjoy Subway, but today this location was just terrible. I came in for 2 subs, one of them being a “chicken bacon ranch” sub and they CHARGED ME for the bacon. If i’m not mistaken, it would seem obvious that the price of the bacon is included?!? In addition, the customer service wasn't good either.. The girl making the sandwiches was speaking so quietly I could barely hear her. I asked her a question about the meal options and she just looked at me, didn’t respond to me, then proceeded with what she was doing. I recommend ANY other subway than this one.

Very poor experience tonight. Ordered 3 subs and my toppings were just thrown on with no care. They did not even cut my sandwich in half. I previously worked for Subway for years and can guarantee half of what happened there tonight was out of line. Will not return. The bickering amongst themselves and just the overall underwhelming customer service experience was one of the worst things I have witnessed in a restaurant.
