Seemed very busy at this location. Ordered the 4 pc fingers, only got 3. However, its been years since visiting a Zaxbys. Forgot about the slaw and toast.

The older gentleman who worked there assisting customers went above and beyond to ensure everyone was pleased and enjoyed their food. He was extremely outstanding and personable with every guest who came in. Talk about above PAR, and an amazing human being. Thank you sir, and I WILL be back to say hello when I return to this location. Keep up the great attitude! 😄😀🙋♀️🙏🎈

It’s hit or miss here. Most of the time even if there’s a really long wait, it’s okay because the food is decent and you can tell the employees are trying. Lately there’s times like today where it’s a bunch of teenagers “working” but they’re really just all grouped together goofing off and taking selfies and not prioritizing their work. I don’t care if you goof off when it’s slow, no need to be miserable at work; but when you’re slammed you have to get those orders out.

Typically great service and good food, but the drive thru tends to get backed up fast. However this is mostly due to covid and being short staffed. Rarely have any issues with our food.

Drive thru service is good but when will inside dining return??? It’s past time for that to happen. Today they were out of chicken for my salad (I accepted this) and when I got my salad home it was half the normal size… poor service. Covid is no longer a valid excuse for poor service

A little more expensive than the usual fast food burger joints but offer a variety of chicken based lunches and salads. The quality of their meals is outstanding. Service is a little slower because everything is made to order. Service is friendly and efficient. Access to this location can be challenging during peak travel times.

Food poisoning from this location with no other possibilities.
I ordered a fried chicken cobb zalad around 9:15pm on Friday, March 22nd, 2022. Nominal mistake but I received a fried house zalad (would have been fine besides the food poisoning, likely from the lettuce).
I love Zaxby's and this will unlikely deter me from eating it again but it made for a rough Saturday.

Went through the drive through, I received the wrong order. After making a fifteen minute drive back they corrected the order but it was cold, the wings and things didn't have any fries and my signature chicken sandwich didn't have any pickles and was also cold.
