Pizza Hut

Everytime I've ordered from this location, except for one time, there has hardly been any sauce on my pizza. The one exception, there was too much sauce. I always got great pizzas from the Guilford College store but I live closer to this store now. Also, on my last order they were out of one of my toppings and called to see if I wanted to substitute another topping. I agreed and asked for double pep. They didn't double it. Maybe they don't think a coupon deal is worth making a pie correctly, I don't know. Something is up with this place though. Way too stingy on the sauce. I'm thinking the one time I got too much sauce, someone made a mistake. They probably meant to throw that pie out. I've given up on this store.

We ordered from this location a couple of weeks ago and it was an online order for delivery. We place the order at 5:38 and i was called at 6:21 to confirm my address and was told it would be out for delivery. Long story short, I called back 3 times with one of theirs being out on hold for over 25 mins. We called from another phone while I was on hold and asked for a manager. We were then told the pizza was out for delivery but driver had been in a wreck right at our location. She offered to remake the pizza( at this point, it had been 3 hours since the order was placed. We agreed and went to pick the order up, we love 2 blocks from the store. Upon arriving, the pizzas were being made and no refund was offered, including the delivery fee of 5$ and my driver tip of 10$. We got home and the pizzas were not fully cooked and the sides were not correct. I have since contacted customer service and was told the store would reach out in 3 days. Still nothing and it has been 6. I have contacted customer service 2 more times and still no response. I am BEYOND livid. I do not recommend wasting your time or money.

The pizza was way under cooked. It was so mushy and doughy in the middle that I had to put it in the oven to get it done. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. The only reason I ordered from them is because they were the only pizza place still open besides Dominoes. I guess if you are the only ones left you don't have to care about the quality of your product. That won't keep customers.If you live in the area of this location I suggest you spend the extra money and get Mario's or Jets they are worth it.

2/23/21 - There were good and bad points to our first P.H. order at this location. The positives: ordering and paying by phone with curbside pickup was very convenient. The two employees I dealt with were courteous and professional, and the pizza came out very quickly. (Well under the allotted 15-20 minutes.) BUT, once home, my hubs and I were quite disappointed with the current promotional DETROIT pizza. I ordered the Supremo version which came with Italian Sausage, Green Bell Peppers, and Onions. (Unfortunately, I did not check the pizza before I left the parking lot, partly because it smelled really good.) The box states: "50% more cheese, and Loaded with toppings"... that was NOT what we had before us. There were SEVERAL bites within each slice that only consisted of sauce and bread, and maybe the thinnest hint of cheese. We were both famished, so we ate it anyway. But, to try to end on a positive note, when we did get a bite with all three ingredients present it tasted as you'd hope, just not very cheesy. And, the (promo, Detroit-style?) crust was lighter, spongy, and the crispy edges were very nice. We're gonna give these guys a second chance, but paying $14.93 for the version of the Detroit Supremo Pizza we received left us feeling cheated and disappointed.
