Papa Johns Pizza

If I could leave a ZERO I WOULD! My first order was sent to the Philippines and I didn’t know this was the case until I called after not receiving it for an hr and finding out it was never even taken! I then placed order #2 that was supposed to be delivered in 25 mins but after an hr and a half we still didn’t have it! I then called again and was placed on hold 6 times to only be told that “door dash” picked it up over an hr ago and the manager laughed telling me they could have eaten it! 3 hrs later and we’ve yet to get our 1 PIZZA and 1 ORDER OF BREADSTICKS! I will NEVER order from Papa Johns again!!

I called to order delivery at 9:30pm 1-5-2022 neva got pizza drove to store on S. Holden at 10:30pm man said he was not going to make my pizza. Came home hungry 11pm. Next day i called and said i need a pizza worth $16.55 the total from last nites order women on phone refused to do anything and would not give me number for corporate soooo ... She also refused to make me a pizza and Said Quote "we don't give out free pizzas" "your money will be returned to your bank" papajohns does not make free 🍕. #Wow #badpapajohns All this ova $2 worth of dough cheese n meat #😱 i Cant

My Papa Johns is over 1.5 hours late, after taking taking 30 min to order , repeating my address 2 times, repeating my order 3 times because of a “ new systemstill no pizza. I’ve called but you can only reach a call center now, not the actual location. They transferred me to the store 3 times and each times I was hung up on and no one ever picked up. I ordered 2 pizzas and asked for sauces and paper plates and napkins, they literally sent one paper plate, delivered by a drive with his mask hanging on one ear but not over his mouth or nose . Ordered 6 sauce, got one. Zero stars if that were an option.
