Kickback Jacks

I dine here often and I've always had a good experience and the food is always good. I love the family atmosphere and the bar when I'm out with the girls. They also have patio seating. Not sure if it's open right now. My 2 favorites are the Fish and chips and the grilled wings. Honey Buffalo are a great flavor to try. Not too spicy with a little sweetness. The staff is very friendly. I order online sometimes and it's very easy to do.

Great food and environment. We got there just before the lunch crowd, so my daughter practiced a few dance moves while she waited for us to finish. Fish and chips...great taste, plenty of food, seafood platter- delicious. Mac and cheese kids meal- bland. We should have sent it back to the kitchen. Wasted money on that choice.

Food again was delicious. Firecracker shrimp ON POINT!!! American classic burger, huge, huge, huge and came with fried pickles on the burger, yes sir!!! No wait time. Clean and NOT CROWDED. Went 11:30 am. Waiter was polite and attentive. Only suggestion, dont give the bill before asked for it. It makes the customer feel like you want them to leave.

I was there tonight and did not like how I was treated by the manager Ciara. We was told the wait time was 45 minutes long. So 45 minutes came. I called and said how much longeris the wait I was than told 45 minutes.I said wait you want me to wait another 45 minutes. I than went in side and asked who was the GM of this store they said he was in the kitchen but would never get him. I was than told that the manger was stand over there. I waited to speak to her she was rude nasty and disrespectful.I asked who can I file a complaint with she just wrote a number down on the paper and walked off. I still said thank you and walked off after another 30 minutes we was seated. Things turned around thanks to Ms. Jaida Davies.She was absolutely nothing but amazing. I mean she was on it and it was 2 adults and 4 kids. She was wonderful above and beyond she went. If you are ever at the kickback Jack's on battleground please ask for her area. Please leave her a nice tip. They need to find a new manager. Maybe start training Ms. Jaida for the job.

Service was well enough. Got seated within a few minutes. Server was pleasant. I ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes (their signature style), comes with a choice of Salad. Took too long for salad to arrive, the steak came out at same time. No bread with the meal. The potatoes were pretty good with cheeses and bacon bits, but was cold. Steak was hard to cut and soooo chewy I ended up leaving a 1/4 of it on the plate. Jaw was hurting by then. Salad was decent. Tea I ordered was good but melted down ice. I choose Kickback Jack's to try them out and I hadn't had a steak in a while. Guess I still haven't! Won't return.
