Panda Express

I am extremely disgruntled & deeply hurt by my experience tonight from this Panda Express. I picked up an order through drive-through…not knowing what was in store. This has caused so much emotional distress. After a few bites or orange chicken, scoop of chow main, bite of the egg roll …. I realized something… there’s something foreign in my mouth 😳. I am chewing and the insoluble object is rubbing between my teeth. I remove the material from my mouth, what was it you ask?… A piece of industrial PLASTIC🤬‼️My stomach turned in disgust 🤢 This plastic was very thick as if it originated from food prep. It was discolored like it had been cooked into the food & covered in sauce. Maybe warmed with the noodles? It was soaked in grease & the edges were tattered. When something like this happens you feel betrayed, you just never expect something inedible to be found in your food & actually eating it….🤮. I say all this to say; if you thought about eating out, please just prepare your food at home or DO NOT GO HERE! I couldn’t reach anyone by phone of course, so I will promptly demand my refund tomorrow morning. Even the refund doesn’t seem like enough to clear me of this trauma 😩. Spare yourself the heartbreak. They don't pick up the phone at this location. It makes things extremely frustrating because things are never consistent. These were our portions. Nothing was filled to the top. Do u see the skimping in the pics? Only about 2/3 of the container of chicken teriyaki. And they shorted me on all the others too. Try Kim Thai or pick another place. The management or owners don't care about this place anymore. Extremely disappointed for the last time
