Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Bluewater

Great quality food and reasonable lunch deals 9 quid for a burger side and drink. Bluewater team were friendly and efficient. Only drawback - as had sensory kid with me was loud radio in background conflicting with background music as we were sitting near the kitchen. Will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Pretty good place for a quite lunch, staff dident bother us once and just let us enjoy our meal. Burger was perfectly cooked to my request, could do with bigger portions of fries and larger plates, would be 5 star if they had a soda machine and offered bottomless drink. Even the fussy kids enjoyed the food.

Pretty decent burger. I made use of the £9 lunch deal which included a Classic Beef Burger, Fries and a drink. Relatively speaking, that is a great deal - that is Burger King money but far superior. I love that GBK give you an option of how you would like your burger cooked from rare up to well done. However, I think this is where they can fall down a bit though as it means they need to get it right. I asked for 'medium', and it came out more 'medium to well done'. Saying that, it was a really good burger and if they just cooked it like that without giving any options then there wouldn't be any issues, but when they offer to cook it a certain way, then they should. They're creating expectations that clearly show it is hard to keep up with. It was similar with my Son's burger, he asked for 'medium to well done', and it was clearly 'well done'. Back to my food though, the toppings were pretty good, the glazed bun was nice and the fries were decent. It would be a 5 star rating but for the expectations around how they cook your burger. This hasn't put us off at all though, we will be returning with our other Son but we'll ask for the lower level of cooked than we actually want, so I'll ask for 'Rare' to hopefully get 'Medium'.

Fab place for a very tasty and well cooked meal. Teddy and the team looked after us brilliantly (we have a disabled daughter and nothing was too much trouble for the guys at GBK). The negative reviews below do not reflect our experience at all: all of the food was steaming hot, utterly delicious, managed to taste healthy and not at all greasy (quite some feat for a burger joint) and the staff were just so lovely. My daughter said it was best Aperol spritz she'd ever had and the milkshakes are to die for. I'm still thinking about my chocolate shake now!

Bought an burger and chips for my break as I wanted to treat myself , was amazing ordered it 2 hours b4 I wanted it and when I collected its was ready to go ..lovely service and yummy burger and yummy chips , just what I needed , freshly cooked food, I have the avocado and bacon beef burger. 🥑🥓🍔🍟good price too .
