My first visit. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The waffles were fantastic and very filling with wonderful ice cream. The hot chocolate was full of flavour and my husband said the latte was the best he's ever had. Definitely be back.

This place is my favourite coffee stopping point in Bluewater. The staff are so friendly especially the manager. The gorgeous smell of chocolate and coffee is wonderful. The coffee itself is perfectly served. Always call in here.

Bit of a slow queue but seemed very popular. We only went in for hot chocolate bombs! Had to wait while got served food and drink.

Excellent drinks
Just beware their tables are incredibly uneven. They put 2 tables together and one side is always at a different level. Meaning when you try to move the very tall hot glass mugs your drink is in, it can catch on the lip and easily fall. Pouring hot drink everywhere.
The staff just got tissues to mop the tables, little concern about bodily pain or soiled clothes or even a refill.

Luis provided a first class service for a very small order of a coffee and a croissant, he was so very polite and delivered it to my table. So respectful and considerate, it made my morning to be greeted so very kindly. I was given a chocolate as a small extra and it was absolutely delightful. The coffee was good, but the service was up lifting. Great manners and service, thank you it was much appreciated.

I had a regular hot chocolate with oat milk and gulten free lemon cake. It was tasty but it wasn't as thick as I'd expected. Hot chocolate came with a tasty small chocolate. I could spend my relaxing reading time here. Comfortable place.

A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for and the food and drink selection here is superb. You walk in and are hit with a smell of chocolate and it is delightful. We had 3 hot chocolates (salted caramel, banoffee and raspberry) which were all delicious in their own ways. We also had 2 filled croissants and a bakewell tart. All of this was £22 which is a tad pricey but as a treat it is well worth it and is so much better than the likes of Costa or Starbucks.

Certainly one of the best coffee shops in Bluewater! Good coffee. Excellent food - much better quality than the competition, and lots more choice - you can have chips with anything. All served to our table and some lovely - free of charge - chocolate truffles to finish with. Staff are professional, happy and courteous. Fabulous! Can't wait to go back
