Worst KFC experience ever! Ordered 8 piece tender meal and received 6-ish of the most over fried, super old, barely any chicken tenders ever. And yes, the small tender in the photo is the actual tender we received, with one small bite taken out of it. We stopped while traveling from Indy to Connersville. I'll never do that again.

The worst customer service ever. Pulls up after ordering a large bucket of chicken and decided to take a look in the bucket to see if everything was fresh. And low and behold the chicken breast was old and dry looking and the real reason for me checking our food was because the two women at the window were very unclean looking and the shorter female with the deep voice happened to have a very bad attitude and this behavior can deter people from eating here. Please owner do something about this the lid to our chicken was filthy and it she tried to tell us it was grease. Liar! we will never step foot in there again. Almost 40.00 down the drain please follow the KFC recipe next time. it was absolutely horrible.

Drive thru today (5/29) from Indy 500 and my family were not only exhausted but HUNGRY and wasn't up for a dining in experience....so happy we chose this location on our 3 hour drive. The young man at the window (around 5:30-6pm) was INCREDIBLE. He was excellent and very patient. Much appreciated. And our $60 order was accurate. Thank you dear. He is an absolute asset to the hospitality industry.

We ordered on the app and was able to pick up in the drive thru. The food was exactly how we ordered it, and was rather quick to get even if there was a bit of a line at first. They were super nice at the window, and we will definitely be back! With the app, we paid for everything in-app and picked it up - it’s super easy if you get a ton of food and need to make sure you’re getting everyone taken care of! You can pay in-app as well, to make it as easy as just driving there and getting your food!

I ordered a 4 piece with mashed potatoes, biscuit, Mac & cheese with a diet Pepsi with no ice. What I got was a wing, a very small thigh, a very small drum stick, biscuit, Mac & cheese with a diet Pepsi with ice. Also they did not give butter, honey or a receipt. With the prices these days they should get it right. Too they should make it right. But without a receipt I cannot prove anything. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. All in all they have not left me with any reason to return.
