Onion chips taste like fish... burgers hot!!

Just left, ordered cheeseburger no onions. Received with onions and they were cold and old! Wish I knew how to upload a picture of them! Looks like they were made this morning! Onion chips were under cook. The onion was slimy.
Had to refund chicken rings due to no sauce. Would not recommend ordering here.

This white castle was very friendly. They made my order fresh and hot and even gift wrapped my 100 year anniversary coffee mug! Above and beyond at this white castle!

Great burgers and soda. Onion chips lousy! Usually you wait a minute or two to try because theyre fresh. I was in the highway already 2-3 miles gone and found out they were jnder cooked. The breading was soggy falling off and not hot at all. Not exactly like i could turn around. Too bad some didnt do their job
