Ruby Tuesday

We went one Saturday afternoon and ordered the appetizers and salad bar. Delicious! We were about to go to the Mexican restaurant up the street but said we'll stop here and the whole meal we were talking about we were so happy we chose to stop here. Pictured is the loaded nachos, Chicken quesadilla, and my salad from the bar. The have gloves to be worn at the bar but its really about people reading the sign and following instructions. We'll definitely order again.

The servers worked together to take care of all the tables. They are all very nice. There were a couple of mistakes but most were corrected quickly. The loaded fries were good. The spinach artichoke dip was very salty and not much flavor. My friend had the salmon and said it was good. I had pasta and broccoli. It was ok. I would go back to try other dishes.

I came to dine in yesterday evening. Customer service was excellent with Trey being my server. He was very professional and pays very good attention to customers. He made sure I was not waiting to long for my food after he realized my order had not came out to my table yet. He also made sure my table didn’t need anything or waited to long for anything that we ordered . Great multitasking being as though he had more than one table to tend to.

I went out for lunch to this location. Ordered a shrimp scampi and found a hair on my food off the first bite. Management came pass me so I tried to make him aware of the situation and this dude look me in my eye after showing him the hair in my food and said he did not see what I was looking at. Tried to tell me there was know hair in my food. I didn't argue with him but I will not be back at all and I also joined the cook staff before I left did not have mask nor hair nets on. Be aware of this before you dine in the establishment.

I would give the food 4 stars, but the service wasn't up to the standard I've seen in most of their restaurants. They seemed to be in a rush for me to finish my meal, even though there were only a few other diners there. It's not like there was a queue waiting for a table. The salad bar was excellent as usual. My Blackened shrimp and smoked sausage and penne was good also.

Great service excellent bartender service great staff work very hard a great place to come and relax they take good care of you couldn't ask for better service. Love their salad bar service is nice always look forward to coming to Ruby Tuesdays friendly staff. Manager is always on top of things making sure things run smoothly to keep his customers happy.
