Pizza Hut

Ordered a BEEF TACO PIZZA. Received a lettuce, tomato and onion pizza on a garlic crust (the crust was good). Looked as if the took a teaspoon of meat and tried to spread it over a pizza. Loaded with veggies. Most of the pizza was crust. Very disappointed. I have ordered this pizza before and it was nothing like this. I won’t be ordering again any time soon. The delivery driver was very pleasant. Personable and friendly. The did remember the extra sauce I asked for also.

When I went to pick up the pizza the doors were locked, but I could see that my order was ready on their screen. I called and said I was here for the pickup and they said they would be right out. I waited 10 minutes and nothing happened, so I had to call again. She was very nice and brought it out within 4 minutes of the second call, but that is a pretty ridiculous wait just to get a couple pizzas. I understand trying to be safe, but I had a mask and was wearing it to come in. If you can't manage curbside, you need to open the store up.

Extremely Unsatisfactory performance! First I will say, the family and I love Pizza Huts taste. Although we are not wanting to order again because poorly managed ads, terrible outsourced customer service and store performance. If not honoring deals please remove them. When somthing states anyway vs except on, there is a big difference. Felt cheated on price and toppings. After the delivery arrived and I opened the box to unusually light toppings and poorly cut pizzas. We do not see the value in ordering here again.

UPDATE: spoke with the managers & they made it right! Very happy they came through as I love Pizza Hut. One bad day on the team shouldn’t penalize them. :) No sauces w order & when I called back asking them to deliver my sauces they arrived w a box of random sauces I didn’t ask for & cinnamon rolls??? So irritating I paid for these things & am not getting my order.

I would give this Pizza hut a 5 on most visits. But my visit today is very disappointing. I placed my order at 5:37 and it said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. I got there 18 minutes later. The guy out by the cars seemed to be having a non-work related chat with someone through their window. After about 4 minutes, the conversation ended and he came to me to ask about my order. He said it wasnt ready yet... Now 40 minutes after I placed the order I'm still waiting in my car writing this review Update: I called the store, waited 3 minutes on hold, finally someone answered and brought out my pizza right away. That makes me wonder how long it had been sitting there ready. In the end I ended up getting there 2 minutes early and left 25 minutes late.
