Mcdonald's

My wife decided she wanted a quick bite to eat. So my mother suggested McDonald's because it was close. I took their orders and went to McDonald's made my orders, There were a couple of special requests, which appeared to be handled. I took the order home, and dispersed to the different individuals. My wife took a bite and thought that maybe she just missed getting any hamburger in her cheeseburger. She pulled the bun back, looked underneath the pickle , looked underneath the cheese and there was no hamburger. She was the one that was looking forward to a cheeseburger. She could only eat part of it without being so disgusted because there was no burger in her cheeseburger.

The staff was amazing here today. Not for the normal reasons but just for being kind humans. My car decided it was going to completely die on me when I went through the drive through and as soon as I mentioned it to the person taking my order out came 3 male workers to try and help me push it out of the way..... When that was not able to be done as the car wouldn't go into neutral, they placed cones behind my car and allowed me to not only wait for help but also allowed me to leave, go get my new battery and replace it in the drive through without giving me any hastle. I only wish I had gotten names to thank them before I left to go back to the auto parts store....... Thank you to the staff for just being kind and understanding.

I've been here before, and it's an excellent McD's. My drive-through order went surprisingly quickly. The order was right. It tasted as good as you would expect at any McDonalds that values their customers. I was done with my drive-through in less than 10 minutes. No complaints. No problems, friendly crew. Highly recommended.

Went through drive through one morning to get breakfast for myself and a family member. I ordered a big breakfast with a hot coffee and the McGriddle meal with a frappe. When I pulled up to the second window they were about to give me to completely wrong order and they asked for my receipt. After giving me my correct order I asked about my frappe I had ordered and they said I didn’t order one. When I asked if I could order one there, they said no. I would have to go back around and order it.. How is it my fault the person taking my order can’t do their job. :)

I've never seen workers be so slow, being a door dasher I have to wait for food and I'm watching this young tall guy who works, MAN HE IS SO SLOOOW and I'm someone who has patient. I was standing there forever and nobody asked what I needed. Imagine if I was customer... and that same guy saw me standing there. Didn't even acknowledge me, so rude. In the end he finally comes with the bag and asks, doordash? Like wow. He took what felt like hours just to tape the bag. Like hey, I'm trying to do my job too alright. He would get distracted by other people and it would only make him slower. Been here twice and the same guy... work for your money, stop being lazy.

So I just got back from ordering at the drive through. Let’s start with the people taking my order; not paying attention, giggling and causing me to repeat my very basic order 3 times. Two hot and spicy a with light Mayo, large fries and a medium sprite. Well.... the proof is in the picture. I want to just be able to place an order, get home and have it be right. Called to complain and get my money back.... no answer. Freaking fabulous
