Panda Express

We arrived as they were about to close the doors, and we were fine with leaving but the manager waved us to come in and order to-go - which we did. Everything was delicious, we had lo mein noodles, Kung pao chicken, broccoli beef, orange chicken, and crab rangoons. Thanks for serving us even though it was inconvenient for you. Much appreciated!

This was the second time I ordered from panda express for lunch for delivery. Both times the order was completely wrong. I took a chance a second time become I love their food so much and eventually one order can be wrong but this was the second time. I will not be ordering again. Complete waste of money and time. I ordered super greens mushrooms chicken, orange chicken and sweet fire chicken. What I got was what looked to be half done order with orange chicken and rice. I won't even touch the rice so that's a waste. I'd give no stars but I did eat the orange chicken. Was good like I remember.

I've decided today to just stop coming here. I visit probably 2-3x a month, usually for a bowl with rice and shrimp. I'm repeatedly asked if I want to donate, and it's been like this for over two years. I politely declined when placing my order then I'm asked again when I get to the window to pickup. Today, I politely declined AGAIN and was asked "Are you sure?" - why can't the employees here take no for an answer? I've donated several times, and if you ask a customer and they say no, that doesn't mean ask them again or ask them if they're sure. It's not your business why they do or do not donate. It happens every. single time. It's annoying, and I donate when I can but to be pressured and questioned is ridiculous. Also, when you say you'll donate $1, they ask for $1 and your change. When you say you'll donate your change, they ask for your change and $1. Just very pushy.
