Ordered our food and took some time but got it fresh. The bun was soft, burger patties were crisp and juicy. My sandwich was assembled with care and I enjoyed it thoroughly. My first experience with Shake Shack was pleasant and delicious— I’m looking forward to visiting another Shake Shack whenever one is near by. The prices at this airport location weren’t as bad as I was expecting. The staff members looked pretty down but were otherwise polite.

Burger was undercooked, and their fountain sodas tasted like pool water (both a sprite and a diet coke). They definitely don't clean their fountain machine properly. Not worth it for their absurd prices.

Call it good timing, I don't know, but there were fourteen people in line in front of me. I was a little concerned with timing because of my next flight. I set my stopwatch and it took roughly nine minutes to place my order and three minutes when my name was called to pick up my meal. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great!

Good burger spot but more expensive and it will take longer than 10-15 minutes to get food so if you are rush not great to come here. Other Shake Shack I been to the burger was tastier but it was still okay.

Absolutely worst experience in my history of Shake Shack, I know it takes time but 20 minutes is unacceptable. Worst part was my burger and fries had been done for 10 min and sat in the counter. Almost no fries and they are cold. For having 7 stuff on I am shocked. Corporate needs to deal with this store. If I had more time I would have asked them to remake everything. Never in a million years would I expect to give a shake shack a 1 star.

Promise to open at 9AM but actually after 10AM. I spent one hour sitting outside because I used to love shake shack’ food. Now I leave because of the unpunctuality of their staff. Don’t come before 10:30 and if you want a breakfast at the airport, there are plenty of options within 5 min of walk.

DFW location closes at 7pm. Shake machines are shut down sometime before 7pm. The burgers are small and the fries are like something you'd find in the frozen food section at the grocery store. The food isn't bad. It just isn't that good and shakes are kind of an important food item for a restaurant called the Shake Shack. Not recommended for people with gluten allergies.

We waited 20 min for them to open only to find out they didn’t have shakes or fried chicken ready. They said would take an hour. Why open if half of your stuff isn’t ready to serve?
