Grimaldi's

We were seated quickly even though it was pretty busy when we arrived. Staff was helpful. Ordered a delicious cesar salad to start off with. Our pizza was of the best quality! We left with happy stomachs and not upset stomachs. The pizza tasted so healthy and fresh. I believe we ordered a basil pesto pizza with different toppings. Will come back here for another cute date night. Next time we will order some wine too!

Upon walking into Grimaldi's I greeted the only gentleman tossing pizzas for the remainder of the night and he didn't speak back . Customer service out the window, just there to make pizza apparent and couldn't even do that right . While I understand Grimaldis coal Brick Oven Pizza theme, I wasn't expecting my pizza to be lukewarm or to taste like tar. Clearly this is this lesser of the brand's location. In general I just want people to get back to customer service , it goes a long way. I will not be back .

I've come here on many occasions, and find this to be the most flavorful and delicious pizza in the area if you like a thin crust. Really good options, and have found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly every time. I tried the white pizza this week (pictured), and wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended!

Update: Visited 11/5/21 for lunch and was able to get pizza this time without waiting 45 minutes for the oven to be available. The Brooklyn pizza really had no flavor, needed salt. The 4 cheese pizza was very tasty as well as the Ceasar Salad. The small salad was big enough for 2 people. The place is pretty expensive, lunch cost $55 for 2 people. Service was prompt and attentive. Edited from 1 star to 4. First Visit: Didn't get a chance to try the food since they advised that they were preparing their oven and it would take 45 minutes for anything baked, this happened around 3pm. Certainly makes me hesitant to even try it again.

Four stars because Manager did a great job de-escalating as we waited for the oven to be warmed which we didn’t mind waiting initially. The waitress may have been overwhelmed as she did not communicate effectively regarding our expected wait time after oven was ready. To our surprise it took an hour to get our pizza. This pizza was tasty. The other pizza we ordered was burnt on the edges (not pictured) we were too hungry to send it back. I learned that it is best to not come to this if you are famished prior to 4 p.m.
