Dine in service is not available, but you can order in-person and pick up and eat in the dining room area. That's what we ended up doing, when we got there and discovered they no longer have dine in service.
The Pan Pizza was as good as I remembered it, and it was the first time for my kids to try it and they enjoyed the Pan Pizza taste.

Very great customer service & food handling . The Gm is great, she’s a very helpful & lovely woman . She very well organized and very nice; Handling every order with care . The Pizza Hut crew is great over all very helpful and nice people .

This was my first visit at Pizza hut. I must say after a long time My entire family was very satisfied 😌😌 with Pizza. My wife almost gave up on pizzas but she loved pizza here. Now onwards pizza will coming to my house from Puzza hut only.. taste was amazing, base was really soft and cooked properly. I strongly recommend Breadsticks also. Uniquely soft and delicious 😋.
Staff was great and friendly. Another 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the staff. If senior management is reading this survey please give them extra bonus for their great customer service. 😊😊

My husband accidentally placed an order for pick up last night at 10:30pm. I immediately called and the guy working was super helpful. He changed it to delivery for us with no hassle. Wonderful customer service! Also we got the treat box, everything was warm & delicious upon arrival.

This location only had take out still but the service was great. The food was picture perfect and tasted awesome. The counter attendant felt bad they didn't have in house dining available so he included a bag containing paper plates, cutlery and napkins. Thank you for the great service!

My wife dealt with Melissa by phone at the Sarnia location. I overheard the excellent phone skills and was Very happy with Melissa’s professional manner! 👏👏 Our order came as we ordered and on the time we requested! Very good pizzas with good value for the money. We will be ordering pizza from this location again! Thanks Melissa!

Hello to Everyone reading this. Sarnia Pizza Hut is really Good ! All Staff & All Management are super Nice, Polite, Kind, Helpful, Friendly & Understanding. They all do their jobs so well ! As a Customer they're really glad to see you there & they really want you to go back over & over again. They all have Superior Customer Service Skills. The staff there obviously have top notch training. They go above & beyond. Honestly they provided the BEST Customer Service that I've seen in the Restaurant business in a very long time. If you're not happy there not happy. If your happy then they're really truly happy as well. I highly recommend anyone that would like to get a Pizza, Wings, Salad or more to call them or go online to place your order. Pizza Hut Sarnia you all ROCK !
I'll order again from you hopefully one day soon. I am 100% highly recommending it.
