The hotel is clean. Great towels. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Pillows not great. Rock hard. The casino is clean. Fun games, slots. Old fashioned coin out vs paper ticket machines are super fun and nostalgic.

Prairies Edge is my favorite casino!!! I have not been disappointed yet. On my most recent visit; Malachi checked us into our room. He was friendly, professional and made us feel right at home. Pam had cleaned our room it was very clean and super comfortable. I loved the chocolate bar!!! They have a great comp program for members offering; comp rooms and food. All in all I love Prairies Edge.

It's a little small, but it is a fun place to play at.
They still have some old token coin slots. Fun.
Staff is very friendly. And I not just saying that because I went in with $200 and came out with $1100. Ok, yes I am.😂

Decent selection of slot machines but feels like the fun died there years ago. Staff is friendly. Food is decent. Hotel rooms leave something to be desired but not a deal breaker

The staff are rude and demeaning, especially Security and Supervisors. Security acts as if there cops and have no reguard for people or the fact there assisting in providing customer service not law enforcement. Supervisors are biased and not willing to listen. They brush customers off and make your experience very uncomfortable. Of course the pandemic doesn't help with rules and new policies but the staff here. It's there way or the highway. Zero customer service is required to work here.

Had a $25 bill.. left a cash tip. Had a Indian taco and walleye sandwich and a pop. Got charged 34.25 on my card. Have called and left messages with the business office nobody answered or got back to me. Won't visit again. Watch your bank account
