I expected more from the Penllergaer flagship restaurant. Digital ordering screens filthy and only felt confident to use my little finger, they didn’t work so went to the counter and staff were helpful. Whopper was the worst I have ever had, tables and seating area filthy. Mop bucket next to buns in trays, not good BK.

8pm visit this time. All tables stinking as usual, staff rude and would not provide trays for eat in. I wish Tesla had chargers at another location instead of this dump.

Vile. Bun fell apart and the bread was stale, bacon didn't even look like bacon, onion rings disgusting and tiny. Staff were nice and food was made scarily quick. Milkshake didn't taste like anything... Haven't had BK in about 7 years, this probably put me off for life 🤢 …

Nice fast service, the young lad and the manager who served us were very helpful and welcoming, waited for a freshly made vegan royale and it was lovely and fresh ☺️ fries also nice fresh and crisp and milkshake was also good although id have liked a stronger strawberry flavour, all in all a lovely visit
