Applebee's

Food was okay. Salad was great. I was asked if I wanted pink in my burger but I got very pink and thought I was going to throw up later that night. Don't think I will go back there again. I'm not going to risk getting food poisoning. On a more positive note, the long island drink was Amazing and our waiter was very friendly and good at his job.

Yesterday 09/17/21, around 6:45pm, I went by myself for dinner. I could not see the menu and it was soooo dark in that restaurant!!! I thought I ordered the steak with shrimp 🍤 but it was just steak with a lot of fat on the steak and a lot of nasty mashed potatoes!!! Waitress was rude and very disrespectful!!! Rushed my order!!! Steak 🥩 had a lot of fat and the drink 🍺 was watered down and had no alcohol which it stated it had Grey Goose Vodka which was a LIE!!! Front Fourier was nasty, greasy 🤢 and dirty!!! They COMP me for the steak but made me pay for the watered down drink and the nasty walking tacos 🌮 with hardly no meat 🍖!!! I WILL NEVER 👎🏾 GO BACK TO THIS APPLEBEES AND I CALLED CORPORATE!!!

Hanging out with friends and a roommate before one moves over to the Big island... and yes this place was the place to do it... the memories of good time was right ...the food was on point and the atmosphere could not have been any better... a wise saying is when your meet a true friend ... your family will grow... so thanks Applebee's 🍎 for having the table for my growing family...your guys are among the best 👍🏽...

Visited this location on a Saturday after noon. as well as a couple day's before my birthday, wanting to enjoy some delicious appetizers & drinks w/my family. The food was amazing & usually is, location is clean, & pretty friendly staff too! Well...to my mistake I was under the impression that Happy Hour was 3-6 p.m. everyday of the week, even on weekends. But, of course the hour's have to change up on Friday's - Sunday's. We only expected to order half price app's & drinks, which was plenty enough. The waiter was friendly & attentive, but the big issue is they didn't even warn me, as I was pointing out on the Happy Hour menu to order from that it was not in fact Happy Hour time/prices right now. Get the bill & it's more than $40 higher than anticipated. Advised our waiter, who apologized, stated they only focus on serving the food & don't always remember to mention if it's Happy Hour time or not. To me, being in customer service for so many year's now, that's called not doing your job effectively & passing the blame somewhere else. Now I realize I am really the one who is at fault & made the accidental mistake. I was being nice & joking w/the waiter, asked if an exception might be done at my expense. Few min's later, a manager came over & I told him what had happened. All they did was say if they try to ring it in on the register, it won't let them give the Happy Hour prices & can only make an exception in, "extreme circumstances." Well, I said couldn't this be considered that now, in light of me unknowingly not realizing the food & drinks were regular prices, plus my B-Day is only a couple day's away. Manger replied by telling me, "If they do it for me, then they'd have to do it for everyone else who asked. But, we could give you a free dessert for your birthday." Really?! Wow! Thanks for nothing. Didn't take their free dessert offer & wrote a little note on the receipt to let them know I wasn't very happy w/the service. Overall, I know it was my mistake to begin with, but w/the rising cost of everything these day's, it would have been nice to get a break from a well know Chain Restaurant. Disappointed and felt taken advantage of.
