Applebee's

Oldest daughter wanted to go for dinner, when we were seated at the table was told to scan the QR code on the table for the menus, everyone before us and after us were given menus. It took over 1 hour for us to receive our food, the fries with my oldest daughters, and wife's meal were cold, my youngest daughters pizza looked as if it has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My steak was over cooked and dried out, my broccoli tasted as if it was cooked with shrimp, and cold. Everyone working seemed as if they didn't want to be there or seem to care. This was our first time back since the pandemic and we will surly not be back after this.

Terrible service. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I had called to prevent walking through a crowd at the door potentially being exposed to COVID. We were sitting in the car in the parking lot and they refused to even give an estimated time. The woman on the phone answered with attitude and not a care in the world, we were told they couldn't give an estimation. Did I mention there where 4-6 people casually standing in the crowded waiting area without masks on. This will be reported to the authorities.
