I suspect that only about 70% of their sandwich/roll/baguette website list and about 40% of their hot food website list (in the hot cabinet) is available at any one time. What is actually available is good quality, but waiting to be served takes far too long.

Not the first time we’ve been here, and every single time the pastries are always cold. This is outrageous. I thought Greggs sold hot, fresh pastries not cold ones.

Terrible Greggs. Asked for a sausage and omelette red sauce baguette and the lady makes me a sausage and bacon brown sauce? Also asked for a caramel latte and she does me a tea? Terrible service

BAD! COLD SAUSAGE ROLL, COLD BEEF SLICE COLD COFFEE.
Why do the staff presume I know all about Greg's food. Just try and be helpful to customers, and tell them your hot takeaway food will be cold. Not coming again.

this greggs has closed early on several occasions, i went there before 9am and got there to be told they had shut, then today i went to get a coffee having activated my £1 coffee deal with o2 once i saw that this time they weren’t closed, …

Ordered via app, food was late, eventually they asked me what I was waiting for, and then brought the wrong order! Food was OK though once it came, and it was exceptionally good value
