Dunkin'

Bruh first they never have donuts. No glaze or chocolate nor any flavor long Johns. Then they say they have strawberry banana smoothies then at the window no bananas. When they were charging the card back, they said she accidentally double charged us and then she had to pay us back double. I don’t know what’s going on.

Went twice to this branch of Dunkin Donuts today- for drive thru. Jessica has been very rude in both trips. During the first visit, I just asked for a cup holder, and she immediately made a face and acted annoyed by the request. I just let it pass. The second time I came, I requested to change the meat of my order when I was about to pay. Again to my surprise, Jessica started banging the oven doors, making face and acted mad.. This time I had to speak up and talked to Emilia who is the one getting my payment. After paying, while waiting for my order, Emilia closed the drive thru window and I see both of them laughing and acted as if they didn’t upset a customer. I know these are young students but somebody should teach them proper customer service. They should be taught to be more polite, kind and accomodating to their customers!

This will be the last time I visit this particular location. The last 4 visits in the drive thru have been a mistake. I always order an XL extra charged hot coffee with 5 cream 7 sugar. Every single time, they’ve gotten it completely wrong. I’m given an XL original blend with 5 cream and 5 sugar. I also order it with a bit of ice and it always seems like it’s nearly cold enough to be an iced coffee. I never complained to them as I felt they’re busy and just made a mistake once or twice. Today was the fourth time they’ve done this. It’s unfortunate seeing as how this location was on my way to work. I’ll go out of my way to the next closest location on Willow Rd. They always get my order correct.

My wife bought a boston cream and old fashioned donuts. im so disappointed donuts are super old. Dough were stale and even the cream had a different taste . im definitely gonna call HQ or email them to file a complain tomorrow morning. U cant sell old donuts to people what if I didn't grab a bite before I give it to my kids ?

Poor customer service, neither workers or manager seems to care about their customers. Trivial requests made that deviate from the advertised menu, cannot be accommodated. Apparently, the cash register doesn’t know how to mix donuts and munchkins in a single order. They would rather charge by the single donut price to accommodate my request to mix donuts/munchkins. I’ll take my business to other donut shops. Congrats on loosing a customer, and hopefully many more who will read this review.
