Great old neighborhood bar. Excellent quality meats for the sandwiches. I had the Reuben sandwich... The corned beef was so delicious! Friendly bartender for the first shift.. started out with Bloody Mary's... Turned into pints of DAB and then mixed drink cocktails! Great service. Great vibe.

Warm friendly old place if you like being called hun. Fun vibe. Old beer signs and photos. Lots of regulars having a good time. Really good burgers. The Friday fish fry is amazing. Great tap beer. Cash only.

Excellent dive bar! Something about pairing big mugs of beer with fried food is just heavenly! I recommend getting the onion rings! Those are ALWAYS satisfying: fried perfectly! Our waitress was Marge and she was awesome! All of the bartenders are awesome and the beer is cold! What more can anyone ask for?

This is a no frills bar where your food is served on a styrofoam plate. The beer is basic but classy and the bar doesn't look like it has been touched since it opened.

One of the best bars I've ever been in. The amount of classic beer memorabilia on the walls is a sight to behold. This is truly a gem. Also, their tater tots are top notch. Perfectly fried.

Had a craving for a Ruben sandwich and this place was nearby. So I ordered the Ruben with fries and the sandwich was pretty good. So I would recommend a place to order a Ruben this is the one if your in the Wilmette or Northfield area.

Service was great. There was one waitress for the whole restaurant on a Friday night and she handle it well! I had a margarita, basic, but good and strong just the way I like it. The food was just okay. Had the chicken wings, buffalo sauce on the side. The burgers are average. They are flat and I prefer mine fat and juicy. Plus it’s cash only. There are no signs and that was annoying.

This is a classic old-school bar with friendly bartenders and Old Style on tap. Really is a delightful blast from the past, and I will definitely be stopping by here again the next time I'm in Glenview!
