El Carbon

I booked the front outdoor space for my sister's Hen's after taking the temptation sailing boat tour. The place itself is beautiful without even mentioning the view over the marina and out to sea. The food was delicious and consistent. The staff were genuinely the best staff i have ever dealt with when throwing an event, they were helpful ,hardworking and fun to be around. We wee only upset about only getting one platter of squid in the package but when someone mentioned this to the GM she immediately had the chefs make us another. Great place that deserves the 5/5 stars!

The lad that serviced us was inexperienced but was pleasant and tried hard. The stars are for him. We were 3 couples. 2 had steak which was fine another had salmon which was dry but tasted nice. But the other three had Baramundi which was burnt. They all tried to eat theirs but there was not a lot to eat because it was burnt. We don't normally complain, just don't go back but the staff kept coming back to see if were happy. In the end we sent back the fish which we didn't have to pay for. The fish should never been served. The young lad was sorry but it should never had been served
