7-eleven

This 7-11 has the most rude staff during night time. There is this one hispanic guy with slicked back and kind of curly hair and he is the worst. He persists on yelling at you when all. you did was ask a question about the products they had. He doesn't speak English well and Just yells "OKAY!". Please get rid of these toxic employees and replace them with new ones. Ones that don't curse at you. He also covered his name tag when I threatened to call corporate. You guys lost a valued customer because of that one night shift employee.

I walked into the store at night time and I had questions about some of there donut products and when they usually get them. As soon as I asked the question, this one hispanic guy slapped the front counter and said "oh my god oh my god, I don't know". I immediately left the store. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a person. You guys just lost a long time customer because of that one hispanic guy who works the night shift. He doesn't even speak English and proceeds to curse you out in Spanish.

Awful staff. I called and an Indian man who couldn’t understand English answered the phone. I asked him if he had a certain product in the store a number of times, and he told me he didn’t understand what I was talking about, and that he didn’t want to go and check because he was busy. Then hung up on me. I went into the store and asked later that day. There is one guy named Jorge, who is great, and is always helpful. He informed me that the product I needed would maybe come later that night around 11pm. I called FIVE times with no answer. I walked into the store because it’s very close to where I live, and it was not busy. My husband and I asked if the product I was looking for arrived in the store because we saw a big shipment came in. And the man looked at us in a very angry, dismissive, and incredibly rude manner. He didn’t even try to help, and he didn’t speak to us besides saying “NO” in a very aggressive way, and then walked away from us dismissively. This 7/11 needs a staff change, besides Jorge. He’s cool.

The midnight Employee Now, has failed to have cooked food ready for customers . I've been coming to this 711 for the past 2 months and never had this problem with the other Hispanic employee,this Guy they have now at midnight's. Is horrible no coffee, no meals.All bad for my lunch break I'm done with this 711.
