Friendly's

Crain Highway location - Abbi was so attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service. She has such a welcoming personality, was able to get our order the exact way we wanted it without having to even write it down and made us feel like we were at home. Thank so much Abbi, because of you we will definitely be coming back!

Updated to 1 star. Food took over 30 minutes to get to us. Only one other table in the restaurant and they were finished eating. My child got a cheese quesadilla that was only warm. Half of the waffle fries my husband got were cold. And my dish wish the waitress recommended was not even 1/2 a bowl full and was luke warm. This was a specialty menu item that cost 12.99! Waitress never came back to check on us. This place has gone down hill. See picture of my food. 3 stars for ice cream only. We went for ice cream to congratulate our daughter on good grades. The waitress took forever to bring our drinks.Only brought one napkin to the table for 3 of us. Took our order, brought the ice Cream. Came back and checked on us when we were nearly finished, dropped off the bill and never returned. I had to get up and ask someone for napkins. When trying to pay the bill I stood at the register being ignored for a few minutes before she finally came to help. Then she didn't have it together enough to give me my change. I finally told her to keep it, giving around a 45% tip. I was almost to the door before she gave a thank you and have a good night. This just proves why we don't go for actual food.

This American staple sits in the heart of old Town Glen Burnie. Very clean with tons of spacious parking, this Friendly's staff held up to the franchise name. I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. The food was delicious for your everyday go-tos. I ordered some fries (crispy and hot) and some classic coffee ice cream. Very tasty. I will be returning.

Horrible service, lack of customer service...poor packaging, misleading menu and skimpy serving sizes. No more containers...packaged like fast food with wrapped burger and fries. Ordered and paid for extra chicken and onion straws for my salad... There wasn't any extra chicken and the onion straw was a cut up 1.5 onion ring... Not worth the cost...its getting worse and folks are going to get tired of being ripped off. Don't waste your time here at the Friendlys on Crain Hwy...they cld care less!!!
