Subway

The last time I checked, foot long refers to 12 inches. My sub, in the paper wrap was barely 11 inches. Website said onions & peppers grilled to perfection-both were raw and over done. Had 2x the raw veggies to everything else. And being red onions, way too strong. I keep thinking one day I will enjoy something from Subway...

Went to pick up a DoorDash order at 8:15 on 1/06. The two women working had already locked the door when the hours on the door say 9. I was knocking on the door and calling the store and the ladies would just look at me and turn away, giving me zero explanation. I waited in the cold for ten minutes just trying to pick up the order, and they refused to say a word to me, answer the phone, or give me any sort of acknowledgment and continued mopping. Horrible service.

My in person experience here is usually good, but since covid and mobile orders it been bad. The sandwiches weren’t toasted, the bread was wrong in one case, and the tuna sandwich tasted like it had grated Parmesan added to it, almost like a powdery taste. Not very happy that you have to be present to get a good sandwich

This has got to be the worst Subway in Richmond. The staff can be rude, and they do not follow COMPANY STANDARDS. If you dont tell them what to put on sandwich, they dont know how to make it. Forget getting an item you see advertised, cause they dont know or SHOULD I SAY, CARE, how to make it. My meatball sub had no cheese on it and I asked for it. They skimp on all the other meats and I just plain get the feeling they hate their job. That's bad, cause I'm sure the whole family is running it!. Stay away from this one!

The staff at this location is the worst, they are not educated enough to understand what is a part of the menu and what not and they want to charge additional if for anything they feel like is additional.. like I asked for a chicken bacon ranch, the staff argues with me that bacon is additional and you have to pay extra for that.. worst customer service ever..
