came into this mcdonald’s yesterday after getting in an accident where i burned up my arm, the workers took me in the back and helped me out with some first aid. They were lovely even during the inconvenience. big thanks (especially to jude (sorry if the names wrong i was in blinding pain))

The chicken in my wrap was dry and overcooked. I don't think I saw one member of staff smile. The girl serving at the tills and who handed me my meal was particularly dour faced.

Absolutely shocking, I ordered a large quarter pounder with cheese meal and a large drink, burger is ok but half of the chips are missing and gave me a medium drink. I got it delivered, this is shocking customer service. I'm appauled
