Subway

The service was excellent. The servers were kind and funny, very easy to talk to and they got our food done in no time at all. The place was clean and shiny inside and out. Food was made just the way we asked and came out perfect for each person in our party. One of the better subways I've been to, kind staff and amazing service overall.

Well the new hire lady was slurring her words and was super slow. The other girl they're clearly frustrated kept apologizing for her being so slow, and when we went to check out the new hire asked 4 times what the sandwiches were then asked us again when we went to check out and then left us there for 3 minutes or so. We could've easily walked out with our food and not pay but we waited patiently for the other girl who was obviously stressed to come back from the back with more items and told her we needed to check out and she apologized again and we left. I've never had a bad experience there untill now

I was very disappointed that none of the food preparers were wearing masks. And Covid is surging in Montana right now. Even if customers don’t wear masks (none were) I would expect a National chain store to require food workers to wear masks regardless of vaccination status and ideally require vaccinations or weekly testing of all employees. I want to stop wearing a mask as much as everyone. But the more people refuse to abide basic public health guidelines the longer this Covid madness will go on. Please please please just do the right thing so we can all get back to normal. I am sick of stupid people endangering all of us. Subway should know better. You just lost my business.

Yesterday around 3 pm my sister ordered a sandwich that had a hair in it she must have missed it in the first half of her sandwich but she gave the other half to me and i was unlucky to get the hair in my half....i know it wasnt hers or mine because the hair wasnt black....so this must be said....i normally get good subs but this was disgusting and i do hope some action will be taken.....
