I just wanted to come on here and share my experience. It is Tuesday, November 21, 2023 and I went through the drive-through at approximately 12 o’clock. The girl was absolutely professional when I got my food I had ordered a number one classic with a Coke no ice, this is got to be the best beef and cheddar I’ve ever had. It’s absolutely amazing french fries were hot crispy. The Coke was perfect and I know that people don’t get enough praise when they do good I just want to say you guys are awesome I had a great lunch today.

This location in Gilbert was great. The staff was super friendly and polite. it was really slow for a Saturday, Food was made fresh, the new fish meal was great in flavor, but the tarter sauce tasted like just slightly seasoned mayonnaise. Over all I will definitely return to this specific location just because of the staff.

I love Arby's...if you do, you do. The 2 for $7 was a good deal! I also love the "special" shakes...orange/vanilla tastes like the Dream-cicle ice cream bar I used to get as a kid!

This was one of the cleanest stores I've ever been to. The parking lot was clean, the lobby was clean, and so was the bathroom. I was greeted upon entry into the store. My food was hot and fresh. I ordered a French dip with jalapeños, and some jalapeño poppers. The food was excellent. I was thanked a I was leaving for visiting. This Arby's was top tier in all aspects.
